4. Termination of Contract
Each party may terminate this Agreement at any time with a unilateral notice to the other party.
5. Status of Disputes
This agreement will remain in effect until the MEMBER cancels its MEMBERSHIP or its MEMBERSHIP is canceled by YoreselKostum.com. YoreselKostum.com may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the MEMBER's MEMBERSHIP if the MEMBER violates any provision of the "membership agreement".
6. Status of Disputes
Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve all disputes in connection with or arising from this Agreement.
7. Enforcement
Membership registration of the MEMBER takes place after the MEMBER reads and accepts all the articles in this Agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force at the moment the MEMBER becomes a MEMBER.
